KLS Engineering is responsible for the bicycle and pedestrian portions of the study focusing directly on interaction of different modes throughout the study area.

MCV Associates is responsible for conducting the traffic counts throughout Georgetown. Traffic counts will be taken during the AM, PM and Saturday peak periods and will include vehicle, pedestrian and bicycle counts.
